1. About SoftNexaTech

SoftNexaTech provides website development, web application development, e-commerce solutions, UI development, maintenance, and related digital services for businesses and startups.

2. Use of This Website

3. Project Enquiries

Submitting a contact form or enquiry does not create a binding contract. Project scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed only in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement between SoftNexaTech and the client.

4. Services & Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Work begins after mutual confirmation of scope and commercial terms
  • Client materials (content, logos, access credentials) must be provided on time to avoid delays
  • Revision rounds and support windows follow the agreed proposal
  • Third-party tools, licenses, hosting, or domain costs are the client’s responsibility unless included in the quote

5. Payments

Payment terms are stated in each proposal or invoice. Late payments may pause delivery. Fees already paid for completed work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Until full payment is received, SoftNexaTech retains ownership of custom work created for a project. After full payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party libraries, open-source components, stock assets, and SoftNexaTech’s pre-existing tools or frameworks.

Portfolio case studies and screenshots may be displayed on our website unless a written NDA or confidentiality agreement says otherwise.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the legality of their content, product claims, and business operations. SoftNexaTech is not liable for issues caused by inaccurate information, delayed feedback, or third-party platform outages.

8. Warranties & Limitations

We aim to deliver reliable, professional work. However, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftNexaTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that specific project.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential business information shared during a project private, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement according to the written agreement. SoftNexaTech may suspend services for unpaid invoices, abusive conduct, or illegal use of our work.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
